Recommended Reading

You can easily spend over $500 on the hottest new health, diet, and fitness books and wind up more confused than you were $500 earlier.  Here's a list of the books I've found have immense power in providing insights to people going through my A.L.I.V.E. program.  If you're dealing at all with mindset challenges, motivation, challenges, or familiar habits sabotaging your outcome, I urge you to read Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.  If you're struggling with any disease at all, you must read the very revealing Molecules of Emotion written years ago by Candace Pert, or the more recent groundbreaking Biology of Belief.  Along with all that you learn in the A.L.I.V.E. program, these books will change your beliefs about disease and cure and provide you a far greater sense of power.  All books on this list are solid, science based, and extremely valuable.  I'll also add that Jordan Rubin and Dr. Mark Hyman are not only amazing authors and teachers, they're revered personal friends of mine.
